Data was segmented to ensure more lifecycle marketing communications could be utilised. Communicationtiming was adjusted to optimise open rates. Audiences were reduced by removing non-engaged. Consents were managed to ensure that GDPR and Data Protection compliance was adhered to.

These small adjustments all increased CRM ROI as communications became more targeted, more effectiveand reducing wasted costs on email and SMS.

The approach reduced sk:n Clinics campaign expenses by74% and increased their sales by 45 times their initial investment within six weeks, thanks to my simplifiedstrategies in audience segmentation and personalised communication.

Many segmentation tasks were built as automations to run continuously instead of ad hoc communications to ensure customers used their credits or making sure they renewed them when nearing the end of a bundle.
